Askina Silnet Plus is a two-sided silicone wound contact layer with a knitted fabric base coated on both sides with soft silicone. It gently adheres to surrounding skin while allowing secondary absorbent dressings to manage exudate, reducing pain, trauma, and maceration. Suitable for exuding and non-exuding wounds, as well as fragile or sensitive skin.
