NDIS Assistive Technologies

Assistive technology is any device or system that allows you to perform tasks you would otherwise be unable to do, or increases the ease and safety with which tasks can be performed. NDIS participants have been given funding to buy low risk, low cost Assistive Technology (AT) products to the value in most cases of $1021 (as at January 2018). You can use this funding at your own discretion to buy items which are considered low risk. Here are some ideas on what you can buy:
