Exufiber® - Unique gelling fibre dressing for easier management of highly exuding wounds

Exufiber® is designed to be used on a wide range of highly exuding wounds, including leg and foot ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, among others. In contact with wound exudate, Exufiber® transforms into a gel that facilitates moist wound healing and ease of removal during dressing change.

  • Exufiber has a high absorption and retention capacity, reducing the risk of leakage and maceration.
  • Exufiber can also be used in combination with Mepilex Border® withSafetac®, which helps optimise healing and prevents skin stripping at dressing change
  • It has a high tensile strength, high retention and is highly absorbent.
  • It can be left in place for up to 7 days and up to 14 days on donor sites
