We are going through the process of contacting customers who have previously placed orders for these products to arrange refunds where applicable.
Due to unprecedented demand, we are currently experiencing delays in processing of refunds.

Returns Policy
In light of the significant recent uplift in demand, we have suspended our change-of-mind refund policy to discourage over-purchasing and this will apply to all products purchased from us after 27 March 2020. This policy is in place until further notice and does not apply to return of goods that are defective or sent in error as per our standard returns policy.
