When is Independence Australia open for business?

Independence Australia's online shop is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm (AEST), 8am to 8pm (DST).  

Our Warehouse Pick-up points are open Monday to Friday. Times vary according to the location of the Warehouse Pick-up Point. Please click here for more information.

Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

No.  You can order as little or as much as you require. All our products are available in the smallest units possible.


Where does Independence Australia deliver?

Independence Australia delivers everywhere in Australia

Do you have set delivery times?

No, as delivery companies are third party contractors we generaly have no control on delivery times

Do you accept international orders?

We regret that we can only supply customers within Australia


I am not sure if my order went through.

Once your order is completed, you will be directed to the page that states 'Your order has been received' and you will be sent an order confirmation email. You can also see your order history fromthe  'My account' page. To see your 'My account' page, please visit our webstore, login and click the 'My account' button in the top right corner of the web page.

I am having trouble at the checkout page. What should I do?

Please check the below points if you are having difficulty completing your order:

- Make sure you tick ‘I accept the Terms and Conditions’ box. 
- If you have an account with us, make sure you are logged in. 
- If you see any error messages such as ‘This is a required field’ or ‘Please select one of the options’ in red, make sure all of those fields are completed. 
- Try using desktop computer or laptop if you are using mobile phone or tablet, as we are in the process of making our website mobile/tablet responsive.

I received an email stating that I left items in my shopping cart. Will I receive these items?

No. Such emails are sent automatically to customers who placed items in their shopping carts but have not completed their orders. These emails are sent as a friendly reminder to complete your order. To receive items shown in the email, simply return to your shopping cart to complete your order. If you no longer wish to purchase these items, no further action is required and you will not be charged unless the order is completed. 


How can I pay for my goods?

When is my payment due?

Payment is instant via Visa or Mastercard for online orders made through our secure checkout process.

For our business customers with an account, payment for goods is required within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

Can I pay my account via the courier?

No, you can only pay by the described methods on the back of your invoice. We do not accept cash on delivery.
