Maintains optimal moisture balance to support wound healing while minimising trauma during dressing changes.

HydroClean is a hydro-active wound dressing featuring a superabsorbent polyacrylate (SAP) embedded in cellulose fibers and premoistened with Ringer?s solution. The knitted polypropylene contact layer with silicone strips reduces adherence to the wound bed, minimising trauma during dressing changes. The water-impermeable backing film with a hydrophobic non-woven coating protects the dressing from external moisture and maintains optimal hydration at the wound interface for up to three days.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Provides consistent moisture balance to support tissue regeneration and wound healing.
  • Reduces risk of adherence to the wound bed, minimising trauma during dressing changes.
  • Maintains hydration for up to three days while protecting from external moisture.
  • Supports wet or moist treatment of chronic, poorly healing, or infected wounds.
  • Assists in the granulation and cleansing phases of wound care for optimal outcomes.
  • Helps manage stalled healing associated with high matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activity.
  • Single-use design ensures product integrity, hygiene, and patient safety.
  • Empowers clinicians and caregivers with a reliable, easy-to-use dressing.

Choose HydroClean for a hydro-active wound dressing that promotes healing, maintains moisture balance, and protects skin integrity in challenging wound care situations.
