Keep-Dri Dressings are waterproof, hypoallergenic dressing protectors designed to ensure that existing dressings are kept dry when patients bathe or shower. The dressing protector is a vinyl transparent (plastic) bag that is placed over the top of a pre-applied bandage, plaster or drainage site in a similar way to a bandaid. When correctly positioned over the wound?s existing dressing, the silicone-coated paper is peeled away and the adhesive strip is pressed firmly onto the patient?s skin. The low aggression adhesive glue used in the dressings ensures that removal of the protector is gentle. The glue bonds gently to the skin but remains secure while showering and can be disposed of after use.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Waterproof protection: Ensures existing dressings stay dry during bathing or showering.
  • Hypoallergenic adhesive: Gentle, low aggression glue for comfortable removal.
  • Transparent design: Vinyl plastic bag allows visibility of the wound area.
  • Easy application: Peel away the silicone-coated paper and press adhesive firmly to skin.
  • Disposable after use: Designed for single use, ensuring hygiene and convenience.
  • Multiple sizes: Available for arm and half leg applications, supporting different needs.

The thoughtful design of Keep-Dri Dressing Bags not only protects the wound area from moisture but also provides confidence that recovery will not be compromised during daily hygiene routines. Offering a watertight seal and reliable protection, these dressing bags reflect a commitment to quality and patient independence that has been central to our heritage since 1957. By choosing Keep-Dri, you support a product designed for ease of use, gentle care, and durability, while also contributing to the wellbeing of Australians living with disabilities.
