Mepilex® Lite is a thin, soft foam dressing specially developed to help manage non to low exuding acute and chronic wounds. Its gentle, highly conformable design makes it particularly useful for treating wounds in awkward or delicate areas such as under the breast, in the armpit, or other hard-to-dress places.

The dressing features a unique Safetac® layer that allows it to adhere lightly to surrounding skin without sticking to the moist wound bed. This means dressing changes are easier and significantly less painful, minimizing trauma to the wound and the surrounding skin. This gentle adhesion also helps seal the wound edges, reducing the risk of leakage and protecting against skin reactions — including those caused by radiotherapy.

Mepilex Lite’s thin, flexible foam adapts closely to the body’s contours for a secure fit, while its soft material reduces the risk of maceration by maintaining a balanced moist wound environment. Easy to cut to shape, it provides versatility for different wound sizes and locations, and can be comfortably secured with Tubifast® retention bandages when needed.
