Usage Instructions

Shake well. Jevity is ready to use.

Oral feeding: As total or supplemental nutrition. Once opened, cover and place in a refrigerator. Discard if not used within 24 hours.

Tube feeding: Connect feeding set immediately prior to use. During tube feeding, the flow rate and volume are dependent on patient's condition and tolerance. Additional fluid requirements can be met by giving water. Discard product within 24 hours of attaching feeding set.
